Information Storage and Security

Your information is stored on web servers located in a secured environment in Melbourne.

In addition to security on the firewall and web servers, we provide 128 bit encryption via an SSL Security Server Certificate over the internet that encrypts traffic where required.

Passwords are stored using RSA Data Security MD5, a one-way encryption algorithm. We enforce strong type 8 character passwords. We also include a fail-safe logon disable feature after too many failed attempts to prevent unauthorised access to web applications.

For sensitive information stored on databases we encrypt data using PHP's AES RIJNDAEL encryption module.
